20 Best Christian romance movies to watch in 2026
I’m a fan of Christian romance movies. I know a lot of them can be cheesy, but to me, that’s their point. When I’m in the mood for a love story, I want a happy (or at least a bittersweet) ending.
These faith-based films don’t disappoint. Whether you want to watch a love story, a drama, or a movie about relationships,
I’ve curated this guide to what I believe are the best Christian romance movies, including a few that are secular movies with Christian themes.
➡️ Looking for a rom-com? I loved “Christian Mingle,” which shares the story of a successful ad executive who falls for a Christian man. It’s a sweet Christian rom-com.
➡️ Want a true story? I recommend “I Still Believe,” which is based on the life of Christian music singer Jeremy Camp and his first wife.
➡️ Looking for movies about relationships? I enjoyed “Fireproof,” a fictional story of three law enforcement officers and how Christ transformed their relationships.
➡️ For a movie with a strong female lead, check out “War Room,” which stars Priscilla Shirer, who’s mentored by an older woman to save her crumbling marriage.
